User Guide
Our app currently only supports certain OBDLink devices. Why is this? after extensive research we found out that OBDLink has done a great job and developing stable devices that reduce the likely cause of failing when connected to the bike.
MotoristaDx app only supports 2 versions of OBDLink devices, MX+ and CX. The reason for this is that those devices have the most reliable Bluetooth connection. We strongly suggest the use of the CX model since it uses the new version of Bluetooth which we will be focusing on in future brands.

Troubleshooting
My device won’t connect!
One of the common causes of the device not connecting to the app is the type of Bluetooth connectivity. Make sure that you select the proper Bluetooth communication that your device supports. There is no cross-functionality between the 2 devices and protocols.
- Select Bluetooth classic for OBDLink MX+
- select Bluetooth Low energy for OBDLink CX
